The Turkish Penal Code does not include a distinction such as “disgraceful crimes”. Disgraceful crimes, which do not have any nature in terms of the Penal Code, are subject to basic special laws. Due to the fact that this concept is a situation in the legal community, its use has been abandoned. Because, as can be seen from the “disgraceful” image, no opinion can be said about the body, as in any other example, about the student, sexual harassment, sexual intercourse with a minor, and the like. It was talked about the accusations of swimming, which were not applied to these crimes that shook the society’s agenda.

Disgraceful Crimes; It is said that the salt used for the amount and execution of the crimes specified in the article, which is listed in the Civil Servants Law 48, is preferred over that crime. The important thing is that the convicts of that crime are in the vicinity, so Civil Servants are of superior quality as listed in Article 48.
