Withdrawal from the Will with Subsequent Savings Incompatible with the Will

Withdrawal from a Will with Subsequent Testamentary Disposition
If the testator makes a new will without removing his previous will, the next will replaces it, unless the new will undoubtedly completes the previous will. Here, the testator makes a new will that is incompatible with the will of the previous date, but does not clearly state that he has withdrawn from the will of the previous date.

Withdrawal of the Will with the Next Interim Savings
Unless otherwise stated in the will, the will to leave certain property disappears when the testator makes another disposition on that property, which is incompatible with this will. For example; If the testator first left his car to his son with a will and later sold this car to someone else with a contract of sale, the car’s bequest is reversed with inter-life savings.
