WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FILE A CASE IN LEGAL COURTS?

In civil courts, a lawsuit is filed with a petition that you submit to the court. In this petition, there are a number of mandatory elements that must be legally present. The lawsuit petition is registered with the relevant court after the collection of the advance fee and expense if the lawsuit is subject to fees, and only the advance expense if it is not subject to expenses, and your lawsuit will be filed on this date. In civil cases, the person who sues is called the “plaintiff”. The person on the opposite side of the case is called the “defendant”.
