1-) Information that lawyers or their interns or assistants have learned due to these titles or due to their judicial duties; may refrain from testifying. Moreover, even with the consent of the person concerned, these persons must refrain from testifying.
2-) Information that physicians, dentists, pharmacists, midwives and their assistants and all other members of the medical profession or arts have learned about their patients and their relatives due to these titles.
3-) The information that the consultants and notary publics assigned in financial affairs have learned about the people they serve due to these titles.
For the groups mentioned in subparagraphs 2 and 3, if the person concerned has consent, these people cannot hesitate to testify.
