The Person Who Made the Will Must Be Over the Age of 15

A person can make a will only if he has reached the age of fifteen.
The right to a will is also one of the absolute strictly binding rights on the person. In other words, this right has a ban on representation within its body.
In order to make a will, it is necessary to have the power of discernment and to be over the age of fifteen. (Article 502 of the Turkish Civil Code)
