The person requesting legal aid, together with the summary of his claim, must submit to the court all documents related to his financial situation, which indicate that he is not in a position to cover the means of proof on which to base his claim, as well as the costs of the trial. A person who wants to file a free divorce case can submit the original Poverty Certificate (Poverty Martyrdom Certificate) issued by the municipality and the old people’s councils as a means of proving their economic situation.
