Any kind of registration with the expiration of a right in kind loses its legal value if so, the owner of the loaded immovable property may request its abandonment. If the land registry office fulfills this request, each relevant person must notify him of this transaction from the date of notification he can file a lawsuit against the abandonment within thirty days from the start. The land registry officer shall apply to the re’sen judge to determine that the right in kind has expired to request a decision to be made and to carry out the abandonment process based on the decision to be made by the judge he is authorized.
