T. SUBJECT: It consists of our request to submit my objection (OBJECTION TO DEBT) to the payment order dated 18.06.2021, which was notified by your directorate, within the legal period, to stop the unjust and unjustified proceedings and to decide to cancel it.
The payment order dated 18.06.2021, which was issued within the scope of the file numbered 2021/12345 of Ankara 33rd Enforcement Directorate (MTS Tracking System), was notified by me on 19.06.2021; My objections against the payment order (OBJECTION TO THE DEBT) within the legal period are submitted with this petition, and I request that the unjust and unjustified proceeding be stopped and canceled.
MY REASONS FOR OBJECTION
The debt that is alleged to have arisen from the invoice dated 20.01.2021, numbered 0000123456789 submitted by the creditor to the execution file, is an unfair and legal, unfounded invoice, as well as the reason for which it was drawn up. Because all payments have been made by me and the subscription agreement has been terminated. At this point, it is clear that such a debt, which is not specified in the subscription closing transactions, is not requested and the reason is not specified in the payment order, is unfair and devoid of legal basis, and that both the actual receivable and the alleged interest and interest rate are contrary to consumer law and debt relations.
CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For all the reasons explained above, we declare that we OBJECTED TO the further DEBT, interest/interest rate and ALL REQUESTS IN THE PAYMENT ORDER, that the decision to SUSPENSION and CANCELLATION OF THE FOLLOW-UP IMMEDIATELY, A copy of the denunciation decision given by your Directorate and our appeal petition. I request a decision to be notified to the creditor/attorney by using the stamp/expense advance we deposited. 20.06.2021
