The results of reemployment lawsuits may differ for each worker. The results of the reemployment lawsuit will result in the employee’s return to work or some compensation rights may be in question if the lawsuit is won by the employee. The results of the reemployment lawsuit vary depending on whether the termination notice made by the employer is right or wrong. According to the results of the reemployment lawsuit, there are some actions that the worker has to take.
If the worker wins the reemployment case, he must apply to his employer for reemployment within 10 days from the finalization of the reemployment case decision. The employer must start the worker or pay the worker’s compensation within 30 days of the worker’s application.
If the employer calls the worker back to work within 30 days, the worker must receive 4 months of idle time compensation and start work. But the worker does not have to start work.
If the employer does not call the worker back in due time upon the application made by the worker, if the reemployment lawsuit is won, he will have to pay the idle time compensation and the compensation for not starting work.
