PRELİMİNARY PROCEEDİNGS REPORT

It is a report prepared by the court as a preliminary preparation before the first hearing after you file your case. The court investigates and determines whether there are mandatory elements in the petition. This memorandum is prepared by the court where you filed your case, and it ensures that the missing points in the petition, if any, are corrected, the date of the first hearing is notified, and the files and documents required to be brought to the hearing are requested.
It means that your file has come to the relevant court, the judge has examined your file and determined the actions to be taken. In this respect, it can be defined as a court document that informs the parties and third parties what should be done until the first hearing of the case as a preliminary preparation.
