In this article, we explain the curious criteria regarding the consecutive calls made by payphones, which have recently been the subject of FETO/PDY terrorist organization investigations. The 16th Penal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Appeals made periodic (within a certain day interval in different date and time zone) or sequential (in a close time zone) calls from payphone/landlines, which is one of the secret communication methods of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO). It has determined some criteria in order for communication to be accepted as legal evidence. These criteria are;

Making calls in a single call only with the call of the responsible person and in a short time or only in the form of a call,
The soldiers sought by the responsible person are generally found to be equivalent in terms of rank/position (for example, if the person sought is a non-commissioned officer, the person sought is also a non-commissioned officer) at the same time, their forces are also equivalent (for example, if the person sought is a gendarme, the person sought is also a gendarme)
