The widespread use of the Internet and the facilitation of the access of large masses of people to the Internet have brought along a number of legal problems. Considering this aspect, it will be appreciated that with the adoption of the Law No. 5651 on the “Regulation of Broadcasts on the Internet and Fighting Against Crimes Committed Through These Broadcasts” in 2007, significant progress has been achieved in legal terms. Because with the said law, if there is one of the catalog crimes regulated in the relevant law article in the content of the websites or if there is a violation of rights, the access ban is possible in a shorter way. The purpose of the law, the obligations and responsibilities of content providers, hosting providers, access providers and collective use providers, and the procedures and principles regarding combating certain crimes committed on the internet through content, location and access providers are regulated.
