1) In the event of remarriage of the alimony creditor and the death of one of the divorced spouses, the alimony obligation is automatically lifted.
2) If the alimony creditor is actually living a joint life with another person as if he is married, the alimony creditor’s poverty disappears and he lives a life without dignity, the removal of alimony should be requested from the court with the help of a lawyer and supported by other signs and evidence.
