The period of iddat automatically ends with the expiration of the 300-day period from the finalization of the divorce decision. It is also possible for the iddah period to expire before the specified period expires. For this, the divorced woman can request the court to cancel the waiting order. However, in order for the court to make a decision ending the period of iddat, the woman must not be pregnant. In addition, the law regulates that the period of iddah ends when the woman gives birth. Since the period of iddah will end with the woman giving birth, the woman will be able to marry again.
