In order for foreigners to apply for Legal Aid, the foreigner must meet certain conditions. Foreigners must also provide the same conditions required for citizens of the Republic of Turkey to apply for legal assistance. These conditions are the Poverty Condition, the Condition of the Subject of the Legal Aid Request and the Conditions of the Person Requesting Legal Aid.
