In order for an incident to be qualified as an occupational accident, four elements must occur. These;
1-) If the accident victim is insured,
2-) The casualty has suffered physical or mental disability immediately or later,
3-) 5510/13 by the place and time of the insured. Accident due to one of the issues listed in the article,
4-) There is a causal link in the accident.
