DESCRIPTIONS
1-) My client … has received the payment order sent from the file subject to follow-up on …/…/….
2-) However, my client … could not come to the Enforcement Office and object to it until …/…/…, which is the last day of the objection. My client was detained in the hospital for … months due to a traffic accident he had on …, …/…/…. The doctor’s reports on my client’s hospital stay and health status are included as we have attached.
3-) The debt subject to follow-up by the creditor has been paid by my client in two installments on different dates, and the receipt samples for the payment are attached. Since my client did not receive the bills related to the debt after the payment, the execution proceeding was initiated. That’s why we object to the loan.
4-) Since my client has paid the debt subject to the proceedings in question and could not appeal within the legal time limit, it has been necessary to apply to your court for a delayed objection.
