SUSPECT: 06 … Driver of the vehicle with license plate number
SUBJECT OF COMPLAINT: :../../…. It is about our request for the identification of the suspect, who fled without a report after a traffic accident that occurred in the past, and our complaint about him.
DESCRIPTIONS
Plaintiff client A….. B….., 06 … Plate numbered …. Mediator (copy of license is attached to the petition Annex-1) and ../../…. While moving towards Ostim from Batıkent direction, with the vehicle numbered 06 ……………. He was involved in a traffic accident with material damage at the junction.
The vehicle under the direction of the suspect could not stop by violating the speed limit rules of the location where the accident occurred, and quickly collided with the vehicle under the management and administration of the client, causing the client to crash into the vehicle in front, and thus a chain accident occurred.
As a result of the incident, the client wanted to keep a Traffic Accident Detection Report and although he got out of his vehicle on this occasion, the suspect continued to drive and escaped without a report being taken. Since the suspect did not get out of his vehicle and fled, his identity could not be determined. However, at the time of the incident, the client took the license plate of the vehicle.
Since the incident was a chain accident and it was a crowded street, many people witnessed the incident and the information of the witnesses was given in our petition. In addition, there are mobese and shop cameras at the place facing the crime scene, and we request the subpoena of the said camera records.
Subsequently, the client filed a complaint at the Yenimahalle District Police Department regarding the incident and a Traffic Accident Detection Report (Annex-3) was kept there. It is also clear with this report that the driver of the vehicle we complained about and fled was at fault in the incident.
According to the defect report (tramer) prepared in line with this report, the vehicle with license plate 06 … belonging to the suspect is completely defective. The suspect caused the accident in question by violating Articles 52/1-a and b of the Highway Traffic Law No. 2918. According to these articles, “Drivers:
a) Reducing their speed when approaching intersections, entering bends, approaching hill tops, driving on winding roads, approaching pedestrian crossings, level crossings, tunnels, narrow bridges and culverts, and entering construction and repair areas,
b) They have to adapt their speed to the load and technical characteristics of the vehicle they are using, to the conditions required by the visibility, road, weather and traffic conditions.
Due to this accident, the vehicle with the license plate number 06 … belonging to the client has great damages. The client’s vehicle, which has become unusable, is still at the address of …….. Ostim Yenimahalle Ankara …. It is available at the Auto Repair Shop.
We are complaining about the victimization of the client, who caused the accident with the license plate numbered 06 06. We also reserve our rights to any material and moral compensation that we may demand from him after the identification of this person.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For all the reasons explained above, we supply and demand, by proxy, that a public lawsuit be filed in order to punish the driver of the vehicle with license plate number 06 … who crashed and fled into the client’s vehicle. 25/11/2021
