CAN I OBJECT AGAINST CAUGHT WHO HAS THE RIGHT TO OBJECT

It is possible to object to the arrest. According to article 91/5 of the Criminal Procedure Code, it is regulated that an objection can be made to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace against the written order of the prosecutor’s office regarding the arrest process. Persons who can object to the arrest warrant are also listed in the same article. Those people;
-The person caught,
-Advocate,
-Legal representative,
-Partner,
It is a first or second degree blood relative.

When authorized persons object to the arrest, the Magistrates’ Court, which is the competent authority, must conclude the objection within 24 hours. The objection is evaluated by the judge on the basis of documents. The general rules regarding the appeal legal procedure apply.
