(1) A person who receives organs from a person without legally valid consent anyone is punishable by imprisonment from five to nine years. The texture of the subject of the crime if this happens, a prison sentence of two to five years is imposed.
(2) Anyone who, contrary to the law, receives organs or tissues from the dead, up to a year in prison he is punished with a fine.
(3) About the person who buys, sells, mediates the sale of organs or tissues, the penalties specified in the first paragraph shall be imposed.
(4) Within the framework of the activity of an organization, the crimes defined in paragraphs one and three if committed, imprisonment from eight to fifteen years and judicial money for up to ten thousand days he will be sentenced to death.
(5) An organ or tissue obtained by illegal means is stored, transplanted or the person who vaccinates is punished with imprisonment from two to five years.
(6) An announcement or declaration for the supply of organs or tissues in exchange for a certain interest the person who advertises or publishes it is punishable by imprisonment of up to one year.
(7) Within the framework of the activity of a legal entity of the crimes defined in this article
if it is processed, security measures specific to them are provided for the legal entity.
(8) Death of the victim as a result of the commission of the crime defined in the first paragraph
in case of intentional homicide, the provisions relating to the crime are applied. (Article 91 of the Turkish Penal Code)
