Creation and decisiveness of shares between heirs or the agreement on decoupling between them binds the heirs. By the sharing agreement, the heirs are entitled to the right to inherit all or part of the we also agree to convert the ownership of the partnership into shared ownership at the rate of inheritance shares they could. The validity of the share agreement depends on the fact that it is made in writing.(Turkish Civil Code Article 676)
