Associations, in order to achieve their goals, work as specified in their charters they carry out activities in accordance with their subjects and forms. Provisions of public law and private law on prohibited or permitted activities it is reserved. In case of violation of prohibitions and restrictions on the activities of the association, the Republic
at the request of the prosecutor, the court may decide to suspend the activity.(Turkish Civil Code Article 90)
