In indefinite lease contracts, the lessee can terminate the contract at any time without giving any justified reason. The lessor, on the other hand, may terminate the contract with a notice of termination in accordance with the general provisions, after ten years have passed from the beginning of the lease.
In short, while the lessee does not need to show a just cause to terminate the lease at the end of the specific lease and at every moment of the indefinite lease, the lessor must have a justifiable reason to terminate the lease with a duration of less than 10 years.
