In a fraud criminal complaint, a report or complaint related to the crime can be made to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor or law enforcement. The notice or complaint made to the governorship or district governorship or the court is forwarded to the relevant Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The notice or complaint can be made in writing or orally, provided that it is recorded in the minutes. If the victim does not openly abandon his complaint after the investigation has passed to the prosecution phase, the trial continues.
