CASE OF INCREASE OF ALİMONY

The alimony increase case refers to the lawsuit filed by the alimony creditor to the alimony debtor in favor of the alimony creditor in case the alimony cannot meet the necessary expenses in terms of the alimony creditor due to the changing economic conditions and needs.

Alimony decisions made by the court are not final judgments. For this reason, the amount of alimony can be increased by the court if the conditions are suitable and requested. It is normal for the amount of alimony to be insufficient due to reasons such as changing economic conditions and loss of inflation over time.
