SUBJECT : Objection to Cadastral Detection.
DESCRIPTIONS
1-) As a result of the cadastral survey carried out on …/…/…, the immovable registered with … island, … parcel number in the land registry was registered in the name of the treasury.
2-) My client has been using this immovable for years and has been cultivating this immovable next to his own field. The immovable must be registered with my client in accordance with the statute of limitations.
3-) Therefore, it has become obligatory to file a lawsuit in order to pass the ownership of the said immovable to my client and to cancel the determination made on behalf of the Treasury.
LEGAL REASONS: 3402 S. K. m. 9, 18 and related legislation.
LEGAL EVIDENCE: Land registry records, discovery, expert examination and other evidence.
RESULT AND REQUEST
For the reasons we have explained above, I respectfully request your Supreme Court to cancel the determination made on behalf of the Treasury, to register the aforementioned immovable in my client’s name, to charge the defendant with the costs of the proceedings. …/…/…
