Absolute Nullity İn Marriage

Absolute nullity in marriage is a case of annulment of a marriage by a judge’s decision if one of the reasons specified in Article 145 of the Civil Code is found. Accordingly, in the presence of certain reasons, the judge’s decision is invalid, which creates a provision for the future. Therefore, at this point, it is necessary to look at what are the elements that cause absolute loss. The reasons in question are as follows:
a) One of the spouses is married at the time of the marriage
b) One of the spouses constantly lacks the power to distinguish during marriage
c) One of the spouses is mentally ill during the marriage
d) There is a degree of decency between the spouses that will prevent marriage
