Absolute nullity in marriage is a case of annulment of a marriage by a judge’s decision if one of the reasons specified in Article 145 of the Civil Code is found. b) One of the spouses constantly lacks the power to distinguish during marriage
c) One of the spouses is mentally ill during the marriage
d) There is a degree of decency between the spouses that will prevent marriage
